Jim is your not-so-typical Masters runner. Running for the past 30 years, he is faster than most runners of any age. In fact, Jim was voted 2nd fastest male in 45-49 yr. age group by Florida Sports magazine in 1996.

Jim has coached and personally trained numerous high school students and was an Assistant Coach at Cardinal Newman H.S. in West Palm Beach.

Jim's personal records (PR) include 2:53:54 in the 100th Boston Marathon, a 1/2 marathon time of 1:20:00, a 10 Miler - 59:46 and for his 5k, a mere 17:19.
